We review and secure your digital setup

We begin by onboarding your personal devices, social media accounts, and email addresses.

During this session we:

  • Review your digital habits and everyday security practices
  • Look at areas such as password use, multi-factor authentication, identity protection, and privacy settings
  • Discuss how you use accounts, devices, and online services
  • Recommend practical improvements based on how you actually work and live

The goal is to understand your digital environment and help bring it into a safer, more stable place before ongoing monitoring begins.

You’re set up with ongoing access and support

Once your environment is in a healthy place, we complete your setup in the Guardian mobile app and send you your Welcome Package.

You’ll receive a digital copy by email, and a printed package will be mailed to you as well.

From this point on, you can:

  • View your risk score and alerts
  • Request support when something feels off
  • Respond to issues so that you can stay safe

After onboarding, monitoring runs continuously and quietly. Most clients don’t hear from us often, and that’s by design.

We focus on detecting issues that actually matter, rather than flooding you with alerts.

If an issue arises or clarification is required, our team contacts you in secure, private and discreet manner.

Communication may take place through the Guardian app, a phone call, or another agreed-upon channel.
